Have you seen IFTTT ? It's brilliant! (OK - this is a test, but have a look anyway; very appropriately for the #digitalbroth tag, IFTTT allows you to create recipes for automatic social media updates based on trigger events happening in other social media platforms - a bit like a generalised Selective Tweets, but with loads of input and output channels, not just twitter and facebook.
