#UKgcX - There was some #livestreaming , for those digitally #SomehowBeingThere from elsewhere

I did some livestreaming at #UKgcX, using Facebook Live. I also recorded a couple of video segments (some of them I did due to problems - real or imagined - I was having with Facebook Live, at times).

Session pitches

My attempt to livestream the session pitches fell victim to technical issues: as did the video recording below, which I attempted to fail over to - unfortunately, my phone memory filled up part of the way through, and the video comes to a very abrupt end. (After that, I tried to take a still photograph of each of the pitchers while they were at the microphone - you can see those pictures, plus others, on my flickr page: a sort of one frame per pitch, silent, not live, record of what happened!)

First, part of Clare Moriarty's introduction to her session: the first ever pitched and led by a UK Civil Service Permanent Secretary (Clare is the Permanent Secretary at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), part of the UK Government
